Dawn S. VeltmanAssociate
Ms. Veltman joined the firm as an associate in May of 2017. She has been representing both plaintiffs and defendants for more than 11 years. She has extensive experience litigating cases involving divorce - including prenuptial, postnuptial, and separation agreements, custody, child support, mediation, best interests of children, civil litigation, domestic violence, name changes, prenuptial, postnuptial and separation agreements, en bancreviews and appeals to the state appellate court. Ms. Veltman also practices personal injury.
Ms. Veltman was born and raised in Maryland, where she currently lives with her husband and children, as she is an attorney and mom of five. Ms. Veltman enjoys cooking, sports, and art. Ms. Veltman has won numerous awards for her civic efforts and commitment to mediation. Ms. Veltman is a member of the Maryland Program for Mediator Excellence (MPME), and is certified child counsel by the Maryland Administrative Office of the Courts.
